hen has a hole in her side!

My female turkey has a huge hole in her back area.:( It looks nasty, I read the chats above and I got alot of good info but my delima is she is sitting on about 12 eggs.If I move her to isulation will she still sit on her eggs? Oh what to do! I don't want her to get worst and die. And I don't want to lose her babies either.Any help would be appreciated :(
