Hen hunched over and looking sick! Please help!

Keep her warm, feed her what ever she will eat, (eggs if she will eat them) get her drinking and see if she perks up in the next 24 hours. If so, you may need to make some changes in your coop.

If she doesnt respond, you might consider Corid and a good worming.

I wouldnt turn to antibiotics until you see any bacterial symptoms.

Okay thank you guys so much! I really don't want to lose two chickens in one week.
If she's not eating she will need to be tube fed, which I can teach you how if you can get a tube and syringe. Let me know if you want to learn and I can talk you through it her or on the phone.

Forgot to mention that tubing won't cure her, but it will keep her from dying of dehydration and starvation. Items needed:
  • 18 french catheter tube or aquarium air line
  • 60 ml catheter tip syringe
  • Kaytee Exact Baby Bird Food

Very important to tube fluids first, then fluids and food. Feeding a dehydrated bird or mammal can cause death.

These are using a crop needle, not a plastic tube.

This one uses a tube like I use
