Hen just hatched eggs

One of our hens sat on her eggs for about 21 days and they hatched this morning. We're new to having a mama hen. I'm a little bit concerned because this Sunday and Monday we'll have temperatures at night of 30s and 60s during the day. Will the new born chicks be ok under Mama hen? Next week will be better, in the 50s at night and 70s during the day. Should I let her take care of her chicks? Or bring them all inside?
