One Hen is laying in the run... Today the egg had some poo on the top of it, but all my other eggs in the coop were clean. The egg was next to my younger hens and rooster's mini pen in the run. Could another hen pooed on the egg from perching on the mini pen? Should I give my 4 laying hens DE? How much do I give them if I should?

DE? What for? Poo on eggs is normal and it won’t harm them.

If the laying in the run continues, you may want to look into retraining your hens to lay in the nest boxes.

Check the boxes for bugs, clean out the bedding and put the de in there . Your nesting boxes might be too hot ?

Poop on an egg is normal ,
Just wash it off with warm water

Just make sure you refrigerate the egg after washing. The Bloom that coats the egg is what makes it so you can keep them at room temperature, and washing will remove it. Like Snow says, the egg is fine after you wash the poop off of it, though.
