Hen or Roo?

This is my chicken that is in question of its gender.
Any thoughts?

Interesting bird. It's highly unusual for a male to have that salmon color at the breast at that stage of development. What age is it? I think it's either a really late developing cockerel or, if full grown, maybe it has some kind of chromosomal abnormality.
 
Yeah, he seems to be a Roo, never seen him lay, or in the nesting boxes. But, we’ve never seen him go after a hen, either. He’s 14 mo’s Old, so fully grown. His name is Fuzzy, and it seems to fit - he’s a bit fuzzy about his identity. Maybe b/c he was so hen-pecked as a chick. He’s a great lap chicken.
