Hen...Roo and Breed!!

This is suppose to be a Scottish Eagle according to the seller. I can't find any info on this bird.
The multi-colored bird in the background is Scottish Eagle as well. Any ideas? Breed? Male? Female?

Never heard of a scottish eagle either. So they are either A. A breed created by the breeder you got them from, Or B. just mutts they made up a name of to sell them easier. they appear to be hens.

Polish looks like a hen to me.

ETA: Oops, forgot the Orloff... Going off just color/how he looks i'd think he is a young cockerel.
