Hen seems to be getting better.

Our sick hen seems to be doing better. Looks like she had sour crop. Her energy level still seems to be a little low but she is eating again. I was a little worried that she wouldn't be acepted back into the group but that too seems to be okay. She hasn't laid an egg in over a week, Is that something I should be worried about? Thanks.

I'm new to chickens this year but read constantly about anything that I may have to deal with in the future. Chickens do stop laying for a while in reaction to stress and your chicken was stressed by her illness.

If she is waddling with her tail feathers pointed down then she may be egg bound. You don't mention that so you probably just need to let her recover a little longer. Congrats on saving your hen!
