Hen with possible respiratory illness. What to do?!!

I have a hen with a possible respiratory illness? (bubbly eye, rattling sound when breathing, messy bottom). I'm new at chicken keeping, and have no idea what to do for her. I did separate her from the rest of the flock. I gave her some electrolyte/probiotic water. Should I give her antibiotics? If so what is best, and where do I get it?
 
Mine get Tylan 200. If you don't want to do injections, you can put it on some bread and make them eat it. The tylan 200 is very concentrated. I give .25 cc on bread twice a day. You can also try combining it with another antibiotic such as oxytetracycline.
 
Five to seven days. If you think she is improving but not better after 5 days, then keep going for up to 5 more days. You will know by then if she's going to recover or not.
