Hi all. One of my girls cut/scraped her legs while she was free ranging today. Here's a picture after I had her soak her feet in some warm water for a bit to get the mud off:

I washed the injuries off and applied neosporin, then bandaged them. So far, neither she nor the other chickens are trying to remove the bandages. While she's favoring her right leg, she's moving normally, and for now is back outside with her sisters (though confined to their pen and coop now).

I was just hoping to get confirmation that these are injuries, and not signs of a different kind of problem. They aren't bleeding profusely, and there aren't any deep cuts.

Any advice/feedback?

It could be an injury or pecking, but rats can also chew on chickens' feet and other parts. I would put some betadine on her cuts or continue the Neosporin. Look at the others, and watch to see if anyoneis being a bully. BluKote and iodine can mask the redness to keep others from pecking.
