Hey, I have a two year old hen who has swelling around her whole face, comb, legs and toes. She's had this swelling for three days now and I thought I would just go away but it seems to have gotten worse. She has been walking, eating and drinking just fine. What should I do?

Hi! Can you post a pic? That is something I've never seen before in my years of keeping chickens. I will guess that is could be an allergic reaction to something? Do you see anything like a bee sting, spider bite or something like that?

I picked her up and i didn't notice and bites or sting marks. She is moving around fine the only difference I see in her is how she looks, but everything else she does fine. I also noticed that she's fatter compared to my other hens and her neck is more slumped (I'm not sure if that's the right word)

I've never dealt with something like this, but I would isolate her to be on the safe side.
If it's a reaction to something then once she's recovered you can put her back, but there are a quite a few contagious diseases that can cause swelling in the face. Also you can better monitor her eating/drinking and look for any abnormal droppings or behaviors or symptoms that may be less obvious at first glance. They are very good at hiding illness.
Here are a couple of links with info that may help: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044 (helpful symptom chart at the bottom).

I hope it's not one of the virus's, but I would treat it as if it was until I knew for sure.
