Hens not laying

We have tree 7 month old chickens one of them is laying and we also have two 5-6 month old chickens an one of them are laying but not the other three should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry. If you are in the northern hemisphere, it's common this time of year because of diminishing light. If you add light they'll all probably kick in after about 2 or 3 weeks.

Some of my chickens are taking a break from laying while they molt, which is common this time of year.
