Chesterfield County near Richmond, VA just passed an ordinance allowing residents to own up to 6 chickens. We are both from Wyoming and grew up on farms. We miss the rural life and are ready to give this chicken thing a whirl! We are mostly interested in teaching our children responsibility and the wonderful, fresh eggs! We have a lot to learn so I figured this is a good place to start!
