Welcome here and welcome to being a chicken parent. I'm a neighbor but way down the block in SW Neb.! I'm so glad you are getting chickens the eggs are a great bonus because they really are entertaining and become pets to most of us. Make sure your coop is big enough for adult chickens and then some. Keep us informed of progress.

Oh I’ve had chickens for give or take 3 or 4 years. I also have some ducks.
