Hi all,
I thought I'd leave a quick message introducing myself! I'm new to the chicken world, having only got my own chickens about 1 month ago! I have always wanted chickens and finally decided to realise that dream! They are so much fun - true backyard television!
I think this is the start of an exciting and new adventure for me - I'm totally HOOKED! I currently have 5 hens & will shortly be expanding my collection - adding another 3. They are all different types, textures, shapes and sizes as I wanted a good variety (I'll list the breeds one day when I learn how to spell them hehe). They are purely just pets for me and I wanted my 9month old son to one day join in the fun of pinching eggs with me
I have been following BYC for a while now getting tips and advise and just enjoying the conversations amongst u all!
I look forward to seeing more pictures of all your beautiful chickens and sharing pictures of my own!
