Hi from the foothills in North Carolina!

My family has had backyard chicken for almost 2 years now. We currently have a RIR and a Buff Brahma rooster and an assortment of hens including several RIR, Barred Rocks, one Ameraucana, and a few white hens which I am not sure of the breed. We hatched a handful of chicks last summer but we are currently hatching several with a couple of broody hens and an incubator. This is the first time we have successfully hatched several and we are very excited! Posting pics in another thread. Looking forward to learning a lot here!

I can already see that! I have been reading so much in the past few days about breeds and sexing, etc. I am learning so much.
