Hi I recently got some khaki Campbell eggs from a hatchery and hatched two one is normal and one looks like this can anyone help

first pic is ? and last pic is normal Color’s (The flock I got the eggs from included 1 young Muscovy drake, 1 young Muscovy hen that wasn’t laying yet, 3 mature khaki Campbell hens and one mature khaki Campbell drake) can anyone help me out

Khakis are usually only shades of brown. The top one looks like a Muscovy mix. It will be a mule (sterile).
 
Yeah, if the only choices are muscovy and khaki, the 1st one would be a mix from the muscovy male. It's also most likely male as there is a high % rate of males hatching from a muscovy male to a mallard based female duck.
