That would definitely mess up the auto-sexing. You might try posting pics on our What Breed or Gender is This? section at https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this and see if our experts there can sex them for you, although I suspect they are too young to be sexed accurately.
