I am building an incubator but can't figure out how to keep the temp and humidity right any help would be greatly appreciated

Pheasants

I use the STC-1000 temp controller( about $10) for temp- and a similar humidity controller can’t remember the model- my humidity controller turns on a fish tank bubbler in water bucket to add humidity and a fish tank air pump just pumping air to decrease-
I used the freezer defrost heater as the heat source.
Very little modifications needed if you can find an old frost free fridge-
