Honey!

Normally I pull my honey the last week of May or the 1st of June. However, this year I was unable to for several reasons. I was glad to get into my hives last week and pull over 110 pounds. Seems like the honeysuckle and clover are perpetually in bloom here so, I'm hoping to harvest at least 1 more time this year.

Very Nice! Nothing beats local raw honey. Being the Barbarian I am, my favorite way to use it? Drink it right from the jar.

Its very dry here in So. IL too. hoping for some rain today and tomorrow
