Hot breast

Hi,
My rescue hen has a very warm and red breast, dirty bottom and feels full. She is leaking water clear poo with odd white bits. She’s sluggish and comb has dropped. I’ve put her in a warm bed and offered water. Any ideas what could cause this? Thank you

Welcome to BYC. How old is the hen? Does she lay eggs, or could she be molting/losing feathers? A picture of her showing her chest and crop, her vent, and of her droppings might be helpful. Is she having any problems walking or sitting most of the time? Is she eating and drinking? I would consider worming her with Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid goat wormer. Repeat in 10 days, and I can give dosage. Is her crop enlarged firm or squishy this am? I would, lean up her vent if there are droppings stuck. Note if her lower belly under the vent is enlarged and firm or tight. The article below is useful if she is having a crop disorder:
