They reeeeeally need to be done. I have been putting it off...
I dont want to hurt them... :( but they are wicked long and dangerous for my girls now..
Are they like dogs claws?.. with a quick in them that will bleed??
Dremel tool?? What head on it?? Wont that hurt them? :(
And HOW do i know how far is safe to cut down??
Help, Please..

My husband just clipped off the sharp end then filed what was left so it was smooth and rounded. Still has some spur but it doesn't do any damage to the hens. Though we're going to get a Dremmel to make it quicker and easier. We usually give him a trim about once a month.
