How do you like your steak cooked?

We cooked steaks a couple weekends ago with several folks over and I had so many 'preferences' on how they wanted theirs done.....SO, how do you like your steak?

Mine has to be bloody in the middle. I just like it grilled on both sides for just a few minutes until about a 1/4 inch on each side is done and it is so good. My DH always says to me "Be careful when you cut into it, it might moo at you" LOL

Yeah, that's how my dh likes it-with the horns knocked off! Myself, I prefer it to be medium well. I can't deal with a bloody gooey mess!

Then douse it with A1 sauce and it's down the hatch!

Oh, don't forget the beer!

My husband says just to give me a piece of the charcoal LOL! very very well done, but he eats his extremly rare YUCK!
