How I secretly raise chickens with HOA restrictions

We were allowed up to 16 at our old house as we had the biggest property in the subdivision ( all were standard 1/4 acre lots except ours was 2 acres ) so the neighbors couldnt have them but we could... thing is, if you got a permit and inspector approved it for 1 next year renewal they will be back to inspect it again to make sure it complies with codes... be careful as inspectors love to just pop up unexpectedly, all it takes is one "Karen" walking down that sidewalk to hear the commotion.

Here at our new place, 6 acres in the midst of farmers.... no more worries.

HoA's should ban outside cats not chickens. Chickens don't kill local wildlife.
HOAs can ban or allow anything they want. that’s the upside of being the ones who make the rules.

whether you agree with the rules or not is a different story, and that’s where your freedom of choice on where to live comes into play.
