How long do chickens molt?

My chickens have been molting and not laying eggs for about 3 weeks. How much longer will they be molting?

Are you giving them a high protein feed or mixing some high
protein feed in to there feed as the molt is using up a lot to
produce the feathers

......
I learned this some time back and everyone has their own
way of doing things but I give the molting birds turkey grow
20% or better and depending on where you live what is
available and this tends to speed up the process and the
molting birds are back to normal ..........
But like I said everyone has their own way of doing things ...
