How long from pip to hatch?

First time! day 20. 2 pips out of 6 eggs so far. one pipped on the wrong end around 6pm. Around how long does it usually take to hatch?

It depends I have had some take minutes and others take a day+

Yes it does look like it's getting dried out. How long has that one been pipped and what is your humidity at? I'd pull it out and moisten the membrane and check the inside membrane to make sure it isn't dryining and glueing to the chick.

humidity is at 70% but it got to 61 overnight

I can see pink skin on the chick and I could see its body moving to breathe so I assume it's not shrink wrapping? sorry for so many comments, haha.

I don't worry about them shrink wrapping, (it's my personal opinion that chicks seldom ever truely shrinkwrap during hatch) I worry more about them getting "glued". The membranes around the pip that dry out can become "glued" (by the fluids drying) to the chick and make it hard for the chick to move to turn and make progress. I'd keep a good on eye it.
