how long should i keep my newly hatched duckling in the incubator for?

my duckling just hatched last night and i dont know how long to keep it in for. any advice?

How many out of the batch look like they'll hatch? I try to keep the first one in until at least one more hatches so they're not alone. After that, as soon as they're dry(they won't be fluffed though), they go into the brooder

Keeping him in there to talk to the other eggs will help speed up the others. Keep the light low to help keep it quiet and not doing laps in the incubator. Leave it in for today and reevaluate at dinner.

i took it out but one of the two hatched
