How long to establish pecking order?

We're new flock owners. We have 6 beautiful Cinnamon Queen pullets. We've had them for 3 days. They are 18 weeks old. 2 of them have started laying. We're seeing one CQ not letting the others on the roosting bar at night unless we're there to put them on. And then today she appears to not let them in the auto door entrance to the coop. We understand a pecking order needs to be established. About how long does this take? Thanks

The pecking order is fluid and frequently changing due to lower ranked birds wanting to improve their position. A couple of days time out might help to lower this bird's position and improve her attitude.

Our silkie hens rotate who's the boss about every couple of months.

Recently, I did just segregate one hen out as she was getting mean. After a couple of days, she came out with a whole new personality! Instead of hogging the "treat" dish, she now waits her turn.
