Starting to get a steady 3/5 that are old enough to lay!

I have 14 standard laying hens and I get an average of 9-12 eggs a day now that fall is here. I still have 6 that are not laying yet. I get more in teh summer. Im kinda dissapointed though, My bantams get broody easy and I have not gotten an egg from them in like 2mts because of molt then broody.
