I’m copying @NanaK, or rather my ladies are. We got 8 eggs yesterday.

All 5 hens laid today! One was smashed in the nest but the other 4 were just fine after being washed off!

Only 3 so far today, but one of the girls is sitting in the nest, so probably 4 total.
There was an electric company worker here replacing the analog meter with a new digital meter this morning, so I gave him the eggs.

Edited to add:

Well, I ended up with only 3 eggs total for the day. Not complaining, but that's the fewest eggs I've gotten for several months. I know one molted, or is still in molt. Maybe the others are getting ready to molt too.
