1/1! She laid very late today, around 6pm

I actually thought she might take a rest and not lay today, but alas at 6pm she came out of the coop talking proudly. Hopefully she will rest tomorrow lol!

We got 24 from our 30 Gold Comets yesterday. After coming back from a weeks vacation we're overrun with eggs now. I took 8 dozen in yesterday and they were gone within an hour. I have requests for another 6 dozen today so I'll probably take in 8 just to be on the safe side.

I've got 8 golden comets and had my first egg on the 10/10/10 so I won't forget that date. Next day 1 and today the count is 2. I think they are doing good cause they were born on june 3rd. Love that "egg song" !

10 out of 29, but 18 of mine are molting. How long before they start laying again? This is our first good molting.
