How much chicken scratch?

I am currently feeding, 50 hens about 1 pint 2 times a day. It contains red milo, oats, wheat, BOSS and white millet.
Is this to much?

I assume that is for treats. The rule of thumb for treats, any incomplete feed, is no more then ten percent of their feed a day. Any more than that and you run the risk of unbalancing their diet.
