How to Draw Anime/Manga

Ok. It seems like a lot of people on BYC can draw Manga/Anime. I, however, cannot. So I was wondering, and this is for all those people who want to learn, How do you draw Manga/Anime??

It's easy for me, I guess it's just because I read so much manga.

I'm using my phone right now, so I can't use pictures to explain, but yeah.

i can draw the eyes and mout, but only two of each (kinds) and i have NO idea how to draw eyelashes....

im tryin to figure out the head and eyelashes right now...then ill figure out the hair, then the nose... and my eyes still need some work XD
