How To Make Maple Syrup.

I have about 50 maple trees lining my driveway and more out back. you can see the "scars" from years of tapping. If you look around my yard you will find all kinds of the spouts and bucket lids from past years of tapping...

I have personally never done it... I would like to try.. but i am just to lazy... LOL

Well, our temperatures are absolutely perfect for tapping. I'm going to go to town tomorrow and get some tubing from Lowes and some empty icing buckets from Wal-mart, and I'm going to go to town in the woods tapping trees!
