Since roosters won't show penciling it's hard to know which one would have stronger penciling genetics. I read there are signs to look for to see if they have good genetics for penciling. What are some of those signs? I want to know what to look for in next years cockerels.
Also is there a difference between double laced and penciled roosters? How would I tell them apart?
