How young is too young for Safeguard?

Hello all, I need to deworm my flock. I am using safeguard for sheep in the water. My question is how young is too young to use this. I have 12 hens that are almost 1 year and a cockerel that is 4 months he is almost the same weight as my hens. Would it be safe for him as well? I also have a younger flock that is not in the coop or run as the older hens. They are 9 weeks in 5 days. Are they too young? TIA

They are not too young to be wormed. I worm chicks at 5 weeks old if they are on soil.
