Humidity setting for incubator

Depends on what species of quail you're hatching!
As @Nabiki , stated for Coturnix around 30%Rh, for the New World species, Bob's, Blues, Gambles, Valleys, Mountain quail, I run around 40 to 43%Rh. I only increase the humidity to 55 - 60% for hatching....I prefer it to be 50 to 55% at hatching.
Going too high at hatch causes problems....the data, articles you read on the net and on other sites is outdated, calling for 70 to 80% Rh, that was used back in the day of still air incubators and wet/dry bulb thermometers.
