I am letting my broody hen hatch eggs for the first time.

I'd give them a couple more days. Trust the broody. If the chicks in the remaining eggs are alive, they are getting ready to hatch or have already started, and they need to be left alone to get on with it; the air sac is in a particular place and their nostrils need to be in it, and handling now can disrupt that. The broody will bring the live chicks off when she judges their need greater than that of unhatched chicks.
