I bought Americana Pullets. Is this a cockerel/ rooster?

Hello!

I have an Americana Pullet that I suspect may be a rooster. It seems a little bigger than the other chicks that got at the same time but the comb doesn't stand out to me and no saddle feathers yet. There seems to be a stringy feather at the tail but I am not sure if that is relevant or not. Any thoughts?
