As of this morning, the swans have 3 eggs, I have been supplying them with more nest building materials like straw,small sticks and such and they are happy to use them. I feel bad that I didn't have those materials available for them, but I had no idea of their plans.

my black swan was born 28 Jan, just turned 2 this past Jan.
I have been told they lay eggs in Dec, Jan, Feb, March usually
