I don't know how to do this...

... and right now I'm too distracted with a chick that is trying to hatch under just a heat lamp in my bathroom with a hot shower running for humidity. This is my neighbor's chick. She had one chick hatch successfully earlier today (without any extra humidity), but this one is having problems. I don't know how to do "forums" at all!

I answered your other thread. It does look like the membrane is starting to dry out. When she hatches make sure you let the lower (pointy end) of the egg stay attached until she removes it herself because the yolk sack is there along with blood vessels that can rupture if they haven't finished their job. I mention this because it's the most common mistake when people start helping a hatch.
