we are in the city and we have goats!

That's awesome! Does your city allow them or do you just keep them a secret? My city doesn't even allow chickens so I feel like I'd really be pushing the envelope with that kind of addition. To my credit though, we are a block from where the zoning changes from ag to res so you don't have to go far to see a variety of farm crops/animals.

We attempted to ask by sending an e-mail be fore we got them but never heard back so we took that as a yes! Our house actually backs up to a popular walking trail so they are visable but no one has ever complained
