I have a little giant incubator and when i first got it which was about 2 months ago I hatched 5 out of 6 eggs in it. I decided to get an egg turner and with its first use I just had 17 eggs not hatch. I cracked them open and all were fertile but they had stopped developing very early on. Is there a trick to using the egg turner? I noticed the heat went up from the motor on the turner but I adjusted that before i put the eggs in.

This is just my opinion, but I have that same incubator(as does my sister) and we BOTH pulled that egg turner out and turned by hand. We found it more of a pain to try to keep the temp and humidity regulated with the turner in than to hand turn the eggs.
Hope you find a better solution.

Well the temperature is staying steady. I do not worry about the humidity as I have been dry incubating. I have a seperate incubator that I put them in for the last few days that has adjusted humidity. I may try one more small batch with the turner and if they dont hatch then I may just go back to hand turning.
