Yes eggs with a white dot and a small white ring means it's fertile that's were the embryo would start to develop from if you were to incubate it.

Is it possible to have a male that mostly sits on the eggs? My one female who I for sure saw an egg come out of does most of the guarding and that what we thought male mostly lays on the eggs if not primarily does it.
