I need help knowing this chickens breed and gender!

This is my 7-week old chicken he seems like the boss or 'top hen'. They had labeled it as a brown leghorn at the farm store but it does not look like it here is a picture of it now and as a chick. Please comment on what breed you think it is and if it is a pullet or cockerel. He also has some white feathers under his black wings!

My best guess is a Black Australourp.

I just got chicks that I was told are Australourp - your baby pic looks like the Australourp chick pictures I see online, whereas mine look a little bit different... the other breed I was told they could be is jersey giant...
