I need to trim wings

How much can u cut off the wings ? and where would I cut ? my chickens seem to be able to fly up to 4 ft and I don't want them to be able and jump over our yard fence

Search is a great feature and I highly recommend it. But never be afraid to post a question. It keeps this site active and helps others.
