I really need help with my baby chick I don't why it's doing this

I thought that it might be cold, since it was wet when I came back home and saw it do this. Right it's sitting near a heat lamp. But no change.

Maybe it fell into the water dish. To prevent this in the future you could just add some pebbles to their water dish.

I saved a chick like this once. You just flip the upside down, & let the fluid drain out. It only takes a couple seconds to do it.

Sorry your chick didn't make it.

Well unfortunately I tried this before it died, I flipped it upside down for 30 seconds and nothing changed. But my guess is, that the fluid was trapped in its' lungs for a while before I could do something about it and it could've entered a severe case of Oxygen debt.
