OH, if possible, lightly cover their food with a layer of oyster shell so they will have to dig and eat through the shell to get to the grower feed. Just a trick I learned in the past to get them to at least eat some of the shell.

Here it is! The last "good egg" she laid is in the upper right corner. It was a bit darker, but they are both quite lovely.
