I think it’s a boy??

Not sure about gender….can someone assist? I think it’s a cockerel, but seems on the smaller side. I don’t see any color leakage to help identify. And I am NO good at telling the feathers apart yet. Could this be an 11 week old pullet? And can you tell me what you are looking at to tell if it’s a boy or girl on this bird? Thanks for the help!
