I Think My Chicken is Sick

One of my 2 month old chickens won't eat, she'll only drink water but she still walks around pecking the ground.. Is she okay or is she sick and what should I do?

Does she have any signs of coccidiosis--lethargy, standing around puffed up or hunching, diarrhea with or without blood, ruffled feathers, and poor appetite? Some things to tempt her to eat would be a chopped scrambled egg or some feed with water added to make a wet cereal like oatmeal. If you suspect coccidiosis, then the treatment is Corid (amprollium) which can be found at feed stores in the cattle section.
