I think she has splay

Someone informed me of splay a couple days ago when I got my White Leghorn chicks. They are 5 days old. Today they were running around in my yard and I noticed one of them, Imorta, has feet/legs spread out much more then my other 4 of them. I think she is devoloping splay. Is this treatable, if it is what is the treatment?

Typically splayed leg is something they are born with or shortly develop because of improper footing material ie: slippery newspaper.
